Whether you are serving drinks, greeting guests, or taking food orders, you will be the face of our pubs—so a warm smile and a can-do attitude are a must.

Provide outstanding customer service at all times

Serve drinks and food efficiently and accurately

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar and dining areas

Handle cash and card payments

Support your team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures

Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred, but not essential)

A friendly, professional, and approachable manner

Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
