Our Journey
Founded to elevate the pub experience, Luxe Hospitality Group began its journey by managing two distinctive venues: The Newmarket in Newton-Le-Willows and The Orford Hotel in Warrington. We believe that hospitality is not just about providing food and drinks—it’s about creating spaces where memories are made and people feel valued and at home.
Our ethos is simple: consistently exceeding our guests' expectations by blending tradition with a modern approach to service. What started as a small, passionate team with a dream has quickly grown into a dynamic hospitality company led by Daniel Thompson and Georgie Will.

Co-Founder & Director

His vision is to reinvent the traditional pub experience by combining innovation with a deep respect for hospitality traditions. Daniel's leadership has been instrumental in guiding the company through its growth.
Georgie Will
Co-Founder & Director
Georgie leads Luxe Hospitality Group’s operations and guest experience strategy. With experience in administration and people management, she ensures that every venue reflects the values of warmth, community, and modern hospitality. Her focus on detail and innovative concepts plays a vital role in the company’s success.

Director - People & Talent Management
Anjali leads people and talent strategy at Luxe Hospitality Group, driving a culture of learning, innovation, and growth. With experience across education, tech, and multiple industries, she brings deep expertise in workforce development.
